Unless expressly stated, prices do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, laundry, alcoholic beverages, optional activities or other services not listed as included.

Government charges, park fees, permits, taxes, fuel costs, supplier rates or other compulsory charges may change. Where such changes occur, Migina Adventures may adjust the price before final confirmation.

8. Wildlife and Adventure

Wildlife and adventure tourism involve inherent and unpredictable risks. Clients must follow instructions from guides, rangers, drivers, park authorities and activity providers. Migina Adventures may modify, postpone or cancel an activity where conditions are considered unsafe or where an authority or service provider imposes restrictions.

9. Permits

Where permits are required, Migina Adventures will endeavour to obtain them on behalf of the Client, subject to availability and payment. Permits are governed by the rules of the relevant issuing authority and may have separate cancellation and refund conditions.

If the selected accommodation becomes unavailable, Migina Adventures may arrange comparable alternative accommodation where reasonably possible. Special requests are subject to availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.

11. Transportation

Travel times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, border procedures, roadworks, wildlife movements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients must comply with reasonable safety instructions while using transportation.

12. Changes to Itineraries

Migina Adventures will make reasonable efforts to operate the confirmed itinerary. However, changes may be necessary because of weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, border closures, government restrictions, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where practicable, we will notify Clients of significant changes. Clients are responsible for checking travel updates relevant to their itinerary.

17. Complaints

Clients should report any problem to Migina Adventures or the relevant service provider during the trip so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve it. If the matter is not resolved to the Client’s satisfaction, a written complaint should be submitted within 30 days of the conclusion of the trip.

18. Liability

Migina Adventures will exercise reasonable care in arranging the services included in a confirmed itinerary. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
